Driven by her passion for helping people, she has dedicated over two decades to this profession, becoming a licensed 220 insurance agent with 22 years of experience. Melissa also holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, which signifies her extensive knowledge in various areas, including Agency Management, Commercial Casualty, Commercial Property, Life and Health, and Personal Insurance. Her expertise and commitment to educating her clients ensure they make the best decisions regarding their healthcare needs. With Melissa, you are always in good hands.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Melissa is fluent in both Spanish and American Sign Language, allowing her to serve a diverse clientele. She has been married to her husband Jonathan for 14 years, and they reside in Merritt Island, Florida. Melissa and Jonathan are active in their community, dedicating considerable time to volunteer work, particularly focusing on crew member welfare support in Port Canaveral.
